All students are expected to print 2 copies of each of the following clearance forms. Below are the required forms:

To print the Bursary Clearance form, click on Print Clearance Form

To print the credit form, click on Print Credit Form

In addition to paying at least the required minimum percentage of tuition fees, all students must pay their dues to access the clearance card on the portal. This card will be required upon resumption, so payments should be completed in advance. The dues to be paid include:

Faculty/Departmental Due

SRA Dues

NFCS Dues

Medical screening Test (For Freshers)

All fresh(UTME, DIRECT ENTRY, TRANSFER) students are to resume to the University with four(4) photocopies of the under listed documents:

1. UTME result slip
2. O' level Result(s)(WAEC/NECO/NABTEB etc)
3. Veritas University admission letter
4. Birth certificate/ evidence of age
5. Attestation letter
6. Sponsorship letter
7. Medical fitness report
8. Evidence of State of origin
9. Original O' LEVEL certificate (if ready)
10. Evidence of Change of Institution into Veritas University, for those who didn't chose Veritas University as first choice University
11. JAMB Admission Letter
12. Transcript (for transfer students)
13. Evidence of transfer fee(for transfer students)

*NOTE:

1. ALL CANDIDATES THAT WROTE UTME WITH AWAITING RESULTS/DID NOT MAKE VERITAS UNIVERSITY THEIR FIRST CHOICE UNIVERSITY ARE TO VISIT ANY JAMB CBT CENTER FOR THE CHANGE OF INSTITUTION AND UPLOAD THEIR O' LEVEL RESULT(S ) ON THE JAMB PORTAL BEFORE RESUMPTION.
2. TRANSFER CANDIDATES ARE TO ALSO VISIT ANY CBT CENTER FOR REGULARIZATION OF THEIR ADMISSION, AND THEREAFTER SUBMIT THE INDEMNITY FORM TO THE VICE-CHANCELLOR'S OFFICE FOR SIGNATURE.

This is to inform all students that PA-ETOS Hostel is now fully booked. Therefore all payments made from today 6th September 2024 for PA-ETOS hostel will not be considered.
